1. Order Processing

All orders are freshly prepared after confirmation. Please allow 1–2 working days for preparation and packaging before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Major Cities: 1–3 working days

• Other Areas: 3–5 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier rates. You’ll see the total before confirming your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or expired, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

7. Non-Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact number, the order may be canceled or rescheduled. Please make sure your contact details are accurate before checkout.
