• Full payment must be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer (for prepaid orders).

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after preparation or dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location (usually 2–5 working days).

• Shahi Barfi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are perishable food items, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with proof, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

5. Product Quality & Storage

Our barfi is made with real khoya and contains no artificial preservatives. Please store it in a cool, dry place and consume it within 5–7 days for best taste.
