All our products are handmade and freshly prepared using pure khoya and traditional ingredients. Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes — actual appearance may slightly vary due to handmade nature.

Full payment must be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer (for prepaid orders).

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after preparation or dispatch.
3. Shipping & Delivery

4. Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are perishable food items, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with proof, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
5. Product Quality & Storage
Our barfi is made with real khoya and contains no artificial preservatives. Please store it in a cool, dry place and consume it within 5–7 days for best taste.
6. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to hack, copy, or redistribute any part of its content without permission. All content (text, images, logo, and design) is the property of Shahi Barfi.
